Yea, Gun Jumping is a hobby of mine...

Well, er, yes, um, seems I might have jumped the gun a little when I started ranting about Ascent making me pay to return some DVD's due to their mistake.
I recieved an email this morning with the Return Authorisation details this morning and it turns out they've organised a courier to come pick it up at their expense.
I should have know really, I've had nothing but great service from them so it shouldn't have come as a surprise.
Oh well, that's a good start for the day, and on top of that the replacements are supposed to arrive today so that's even better.
