When life throws you lemons...
Throw them right back at the bastard!
Well I haven't blogged in a fair few days now so updates you shall have. Mmmm, chewy delicious updates.
Thursday night we went out to Lower Hutt to look at glasses, there wasn't a better range than in town so I will get them this week. On the lemonade side however we did manage to get Miss C some new walkin' shoes. They're all white and very nice. We even got some socks, well Miss C got me some socks, sweet girl that she is. And they're really great too! like walking on soft white puffy little clouds :D
So the weekend ended up being quite good. The picnic that was planned was a bust, but the lemonade side of it is that I ended up with my sweetness in my room, all alone eating picnic foods and watching a funny movie.
My room with my sweetness is my favourite place to be bar none. No, scratch that, me with my sweetness anywhere.
She even went away and then came back again. It was nice :)
Monday was OK, pretty uneventful my poor girl had to go home halfway thru the day because she was feeling rotten. Poor girl is still not 100%.
The lemonade side of it however is that she has finished her mum's painting and has started on another Gir pic which I can't wait to see :)
Yesterday I was in training all day, got to txt my sweetness a little at lunch but apart from that it was all Sharepoint Services and bla bla bla.
I got home and ate my lunch (didn't eat during the day 'cause I just didn't feel like it)
I then got online and chatted with my girl, only most of the chat revolved around my ex in one way or another.
The lemonade side of it is I started on a Gir painting while I was chatting with her and I think it's coming along really well.
I went to bed, tossed and turned, and here I am now.
I'm hoping today will improve, we've got the Evermore concert to go to tonight, I'm hoping that will cheer us both up a bit, I hope my sweetness is feeling better by the end of the day so she can enjoy it.
Lol, I read her blog from last night and it turns out that her friend V told her that she'd go to the concert with me if she wasn't up to it. Apparently she noted a predatory tone to it. Hehe.
If my sweetness wasn't up to it I think I'd be giving away the tickets to someone else and be going round to cheer her up. Yes ladies and gentlemen I loves her that much.
Anyway, I have to get back to work now, well actually I have to reboot my pc and THEN get back to work.
Come to think of it, what are you doing reading my blog? shouldn't you be working right now too?! don't you have anything better to be doing?
